2025 Annual General Meeting
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Astley Ainslie Community Trust will take place by Zoom at 7.30pm on Wednesday 19th November.
The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to members via email by Monday 17th November.
To streamline and simplify the AGM we ask that members vote by proxy ahead of the AGM, irrespective of whether they attend the AGM itself. The proxy form and details of how to vote are available here (amended 9/11/2025). Proxy votes must be received by 7:30pm on Monday 17th November.
Any Other Business items must be received by Wednesday 12th November at contact@aact.scot.
